Club Activities Inauguration

 ‘SOCIAS’ the Social Science Club, was formed at Mar Osthatheos Training College, Perumpilave in association with IQAC as a part of co-curricular activity. The club activities inauguration  was held on 11th July 2022 at college general hall. All the students and teachers were a part of this programme. The event unfolded with a prayer. Welcome speech was delivered by Athulyanath. Dr. Rejeena C Tharu, Asst. Professor, in the department of social science presided over the function. She spoke about the significance of the club. Our Principal Dr. Limsy John  inaugurated the function. As a part of World Population Day, students organised poster making and quiz competitions. The theme for this year is “A world of 8 billion: Towards a resilient future for all – Harnessing opportunities and ensuring rights and choices for all”. The event was conducted by the members of the club, to encourage students to gain general knowledge apart from subject knowledge.

ⅠⅡnd prize – Anjali C, Sreesha T.P (Commerce)

 

Felicitation was given by Sruthy.K. The event culminated with vote of thanks by Sruthy Kaladharan and by prize distribution. This was followed by the National Anthem.
